Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vocal Master AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

Vocal Master AI analyzes vocal recordings you upload and applies adaptive digital signal processing — pitch correction, EQ, compression, saturation, space, and mastering — to produce a processed result. Reference-profile options are inspired by named artists' production style and tuning/mixing characteristics; they adapt the processing chain applied to your own performance. They do not clone, synthesize, or impersonate any artist's voice or likeness, and nothing in the Service is sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any artist named in it.

Accounts

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal; do not share credentials to circumvent plan limits.

Your content

You retain ownership of the audio you upload and of the masters produced from it. You confirm that you own or otherwise have the necessary rights to any audio you upload, and that using it with this Service does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us only the limited right to store and process your audio in order to provide the Service to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload audio you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempt to impersonate, defame, or misappropriate the identity of a real person.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or repurpose the Service to clone a specific person's voice from their recordings.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts or data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Plans, billing, and refunds

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices shown on the Pricing page are the prices actually charged at checkout — never a different amount.
• Subscription plans renew automatically for each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• The one-time Pro Trial is a single, non-recurring charge and may be used once per account.
• Entitlement is granted once Stripe confirms payment via webhook — a successful redirect back to the app is not itself proof of payment, so there can be a brief delay between paying and your account reflecting the new plan.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact Support.

Usage limits

Each plan has monthly limits on previews, full renders, and comparisons, shown on the Pricing page and enforced automatically. If a render technically fails, the usage it would have consumed is restored.

Availability and quality

The Service is provided "as is." Automated quality checks (loudness, true peak, clipping, finite-sample, duration/channel integrity) run on every render, but they verify technical safety, not subjective mastering quality — that always requires a human listener. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocal Master AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
